SNL has a long history of sketches that stand the test of time. When they go into movie form you only have two outcomes: It does well or Everyone will forget about the movie in weeks. The Coneheads was a good one. A solid enough plot and some decent jokes. Hey...we got ourselves a cinema film classic. Look at dat!
